REPLACEMENT POLICY
Damaged items are eligible for replacement; your item must be unused.


All exchanges must be authorized by Milk and Cookies Kids Spa. Please contact us at info@milkandcookieskidsspa.com within 3 days of receiving the order with a clear photo and detailed description of the damaged item. 

Replacement (if applicable)
Once your photo have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then will be provided instructions or your replacement will be processed, and sent back to the original mailing address on file.
